In Pennsylvania, snowmobiles AND ATVs /SxS’s are under the jurisdiction of the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (DCNR). In order to access the NEP Sno-Trails Inc. trail network, every snowmobile must be either registered in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or with a state that is acknowledged by PA DCNR to have a reciprocal agreement. PA registration is valid for two years. All registration decals must be properly placed as per DCNR guidelines.
